Mh. I would be very bothered that almost all rooms on the ground floor open off the central space. If a guest has to use the bathroom, everyone else can hear. Do you really want it like that? The entrance area is not coherent. The bathroom upstairs is somehow creepy, the washing machine in the bathroom is unpleasant. I would start over. I am not quite sure about the location. You say you want the parents' area in the north. In fact, the bedroom is located in the southeast - more south than east. Or did I get something mixed up? Overall, very many wishes in a very small space. 400K is not a bad budget - but you want a lot. 11.5 x 8.85m seems quite tight to fulfill all of this. Better to cut the expensive bay window and instead enlarge the whole a bit.

Yes, the ground floor with only a vestibule but without a hallway is a crazy idea, and I can only agree with restarting. But the classification seems to have been correctly transferred to the plan.
