Hello,
I have now assembled and wired everything according to the circuit diagram from below.
Today I wanted to test everything once and tried to set it up according to the instructions.
When registering the door speaker on the BNG, nothing happened despite several attempts. When I hold down the light button for 4 seconds, there is no sound and nothing happens in the DoorCom menu either.
I then connected the speaker with a new cable a few centimeters next to the bus network device, but the setup also did not proceed there. The LED on the keypad of the doorbell was on the whole time and functioning.
After a few attempts, LED 1 then went completely off and the 250 mA fuse on the BNG blew.
Does anyone know what might be the cause that
1) the speaker is not recognized by the BNG and
2) the fuse blows?
