I would rather miniaturize the washbasin. There are very small hand washbasins especially for GWCs:

With the door opening outwards, it would look like this with an 80 cm shower:

Unfortunately, we also don't know whether a false front is necessary or where the toilet drain is currently planned.

And, with an 80x80 shower, the shower door does not open all the way .. well, maybe it doesn't have to at that point.

Yes, these mini sinks are not something you should wash your laundry in. But I also have such a mini one at work. Really sufficient for the hands.

But if the small bathroom is supposed to be upgraded for guests or something, then people also brush their teeth there, etc.

Well, sliding door for the shower, I really didn’t think of that just now... simply because it seems so absurd to me to want to fit another shower in there (and I just find showers under 0.9 to 1.0 m rather impractical *blushing*... I’m tall and not an elf).
