Should these protocols be obtained from the installer during new construction?

The construction was handed over turnkey by BT. -Flush protocol of the pipes (stainless steel) -Impression protocol of the pipes (press fittings) -Thermal balancing of the underfloor heating I have asked some installers. Opinions vary. Some say "yes, of course we automatically provide these to BT". Others say "no, unless specifically requested by BT". Is there any legal regulation on this? Thank you

You are buying a piece of a house from the property developer. He can provide you with protocols, but as far as I know, this is not legally required. It is like when buying a car. You only get the car, but not the engine test report of your vehicle or similar.
