Should the building description be checked more thoroughly? And what exactly should be paid attention to?

Whether the contractor is a crook is better told to a client than any specification. In solid construction, the best providers are regional, making it easy to find a suitable contractor in new development areas: which houses (and construction sites) look neat, read signs, talk to homeowners.

Can/may I post the construction service description online here?
Maybe someone can say something about it.

Name of company etc. would not be legible

Yes, you can. But you will never get 100% from laypeople. It would also be a Sisyphean task; a professional naturally charges for that, here in the forum you have to be lucky that someone "sacrifices" themselves, but you will probably get some answers.

I have already spent 2 hours searching online to find out who checks something like this and haven't really found anything. On one hand, they want 350€, on the other hand around 210€. And that will probably be clarified over the phone.

Take the one who gives you the notes in writing.

Then you have something to refer to. That would be worth it to me.
