Does anyone have experience with [Baubeschreibungen] or know what to watch out for? Would you have them checked?

If you read it completely, really EVERYTHING, and see what you get and what you want. If you have little knowledge, you can google and find and compare different variants. Here in the forum you can also ask questions. If you want something that is not in the [Baubeschreibung], you can ask the [BU] what the extra cost for it is. Or just find someone who does it for you, which also costs money.

When you buy from a small company (10 employees), the offer is as an offer should be. Everything transparent with prices for labor and materials for all trades clearly understandable.

We received a very detailed building performance description from our architect. Everything is listed here after the sample selection (from tiles to window handles and partly with photos). The site manager has also put this table into text form. Of course, fundamental things like wall construction material, excavation, disposal... are also listed.

You should really read EVERYTHING completely and see what you get and what you want. If you don't know much, you can google and find and compare different versions of it.
