Hello,
I hope someone here can help me.
Our house will be ready to move into at the beginning of next year. In the apartment where we currently live, we have a flowerbed in front of the terrace where I have planted some plants that I would like to take with me. Especially my little boxwoods are already quite tall and I would rather not leave them there.
Since I assume that I will not be allowed to take the plants out of the garden next spring (conflict with our landlords), I would preferably like to plant the plants now. Unfortunately, our property is still a complete mess. Only the base slab is already in place.
But if I plant the plants at the back end of the property now and possibly move them again next or the following year, will that work?
Or should I keep the root balls wrapped in foil in our current garage and later in our utility room over winter?
What is the best way to do it?
Thank you,
Julia
