Shadows on the property caused by forest and multi-family houses

So you :) So the concern was that the people from the multi-family house would look at you from the balcony into your garden, but if they don't get a balcony facing your direction at all, then that would be rather unlikely...

I cannot adequately follow the situation with the apartment building, please name (without link!) the development plan. The trees are positioned lower, and from the north they cannot cast any shadow anyway. The hillside location should mainly have an impact on the basement issue. According to the reference height, the difference to the neighbor is 2m, whereas one of the houses opposite is practically at the same height.

No, an architect or other independent building consultant, not a construction company.

I would rather be concerned about the house in the south. It is only 10 m away and at least 2 m higher. The apartment building in the west, on the other hand, is 36 m away.

The slope in the area of the house is 22%. There will certainly be a basement or cellar there. The forest in the north does not cast any disturbing shadows. That is optimal because it is even lower down.

Does the forest have willow, birch, or other relevant allergenic trees?
