Sewer works at the house - reason why water is not draining properly

for days now, the water in my bathtub has not been draining properly. I have already tried using a plunger and a drain snake. However, I cannot insert the snake very far into the drain because it won’t go in completely.

As soon as I run the water in the sink, the water flows through a pipe into the bathtub drain. Even when I run my washing machine, everything drains through the washing machine drain into the bathtub.

That shouldn’t actually be the case. Now I have noticed that sewer work is apparently being carried out at our house. The gutters have been partially replaced and instead there are "Ablauftüten" hanging, which lead into the ground.

Could this be the cause of the drainage problem I am currently experiencing?

If the spiral cannot be inserted very far, it is likely that there is an obstruction in the drainage. I would focus on that first. If work is currently being done on the [Kanal] anyway, just ask the workers what it could be.

I bought a regular drain cleaner (something with Mr. Muscle) and then poured the entire bottle into the drain and let it sit overnight.

The next day, I tried again to remove the remaining dirt in the drain with the spiral.
However, when my spiral could no longer be inserted any further and there was no dirt visible on the spiral, I simply plungered for 10 minutes.

The water is draining normally again

The next day, I tried again with the drain snake to remove the remaining dirt in the drain. However, when my snake could no longer be pushed in and there was no dirt visible on the snake, I simply plunged for 10 minutes. The water drains normally again
