Setting gas condensing boiler Junkers Cerapurmodul ZBS 14

Hello dear people,

we need your help or tips again. After now living in the house for a good 2 months and slowly dealing with the technology, I noticed that the heating cycles massively and I really can’t get it under control.

Briefly about the conditions, we have a good 150m2 which are heated by underfloor heating through a „Junkers Cerapurmodul zbs 14/100 s3 ma 23“.

I set the base point at 27 degrees and the end point at 46 degrees. We set the thermostat in the living room at point (4 out of 6) and it is about 21 degrees, so not boiling hot but sufficiently cozy (occasionally the fireplace is used).

Now to the topic, we have about 100 to 150 burner starts per day. I read from some that they have about 5 - 10. What is going wrong here? Oh, by the way, we had everything from +5 to -10 in the last 4 weeks.

Take out the night setback. It’s nonsense with FHZ and causes it to act crazy, it’s too sluggish for that. We only have hot water at 45, not 60. I don’t care about Legionella and a big part of the heating starting up is because it wants to keep the water at 60. For the rest, ask the one who installed it. I think you made it go crazy.

I have switched to continuous operation and will monitor it this week.

However, I do not go below 60 degrees for the hot water.

Set the mode to Auto instead of Heating.
