Hello everyone,
the property we are currently purchasing (documents with the notary) is very large, about 1047m². Currently, within the scope of the statute boundary for our building area, about 644m² of land area and about 403m² of private green space are noted.
Do we have to/can we have the property officially surveyed by a surveyor and then have it divided by the land registry office, or how does that work? Is it worth it in terms of water connection costs and infiltration area?
