Hello,

my planned new bungalow is supposed to have approximately 124 sqm of living space, only on one level, no attic developed.
Tuesday is the first appointment with a potential builder and before that a consultation with the energy advisor.

Does the combination of the three mentioned technologies make sense or is it too much?

-solar thermal on the roof for hot water and heating support,
-a heat pump with ground collector,
-a water-bearing stove?

I want to be independent of gas and oil.

I do not want to do without the fireplace itself, for me it belongs to "coziness."
It does not have to be water-bearing if that is too much of a good thing...

Thanks for your ideas and have a nice Sunday!

Hello,
Only one proverb helps here: "Too many cooks spoil the broth"!
The total investment for this will hardly be economical overall.
Instead of brine heat pump + solar thermal system + water conduction, I would rather recommend brine heat pump + photovoltaic or brine heat pump + better insulation.

Best regards.

Thank you very much for your reply early in the morning. Then I will first rely on a brine heat pump and a photovoltaic preparation. Regarding the insulation, I will have the first conversation with the BU. He also renovated my current house and built my parents' new one. The trust in good work is therefore already there. :)
