Semi-detached house on a hillside with a basement, looking for a floor plan.

we are currently building a semi-detached house on a hillside with a developer, message me if interested (I cannot/am not allowed to with less than 100 posts... strange rule), I have some visualizations and pictures of the model and floor plans. It probably doesn’t really meet the desired, but maybe it helps somehow

That is a very individual problem, the Baumeister-Haus floor plans "Haus Breitenbach" and "Haus Glasmacher" would each have to be modified regarding the floor of the living room. But at least they show how one can live on UG+EG on a hillside and also create reasonable living spaces around the UG.

Visually, however, neither house is something that could convince anyone, and neither is a bargain price-wise.

But I don't know anything else, and better a bad help than no help at all... and the Baumeister house catalog is always lying around here for good reason...^^ soon it's finally starting....^^

in our region there is an architect who is also a sales consultant.

Ok maybe ours was not. Nevertheless, he presented a very good floor plan that suited our wishes and could even have been implemented.

And that is exactly the reason why, even if you are only searching for someone, a site plan etc. with elevation points and orientation is a minimum requirement.
