We are basically very satisfied with it, but as is often the case, one usually “can’t see the forest for the trees.” The basement floor will be completely exposed at the front so that we want to enter the house at ground level or drive through the garage. On the other three sides the basement is almost completely buried so that we want to add a large terrace on the south side later. Many greetings!!!

Unfortunately, it is not clear how the staircase is supposed to run exactly. But I have also dimensioned landing stairs as examples:

And I do not see that with you.

Unfortunately, the program I used to create the draft did not have a nice staircase that I could have drawn in, so there is only the "staircase opening". However, based on the dimensions, it should roughly fit with a tread width of 90-95 cm. These details have not been decided yet and the walls could still be moved a few centimeters. But it should stay in that location. The starting point is basically opposite the door in the basement.

Best regards

The entrance is on the left side.

The design already fails at the hallway. It is clearly too long and also too narrow. You can hardly pass each other there.
I would spontaneously feel claustrophobic.

There won't be any space for a wardrobe in the "entrance area" either.

Edit:
Sorry, just saw that the access is via the basement.

I had already feared that the entrance was supposed to be on the left, but I couldn't really believe it. Have fun redrawing.... Yes, it is possible. Try, for example, to place the entrance in the middle on the long side and then put the living and dining area on one side and the sleeping area on the other side.
