Search for GU in the Göttingen/Kassel area

I want to buy a plot of land near Hann. Münden to build a single-family house with a basement. Currently, I have requested offers from solid house companies in the area or nationwide. I want a single-family house with about 150-160 sqm of living space + a livable basement. Regarding the basement, I have not reached a consensus with any of the companies so far. For a basement of about 80-90 sqm, I am being quoted a flat price of 100,000 euros, which I cannot even understand. We are not talking about luxury wishes; I asked for a very simple basement. Also, the ground conditions are quite good. I definitely do not want to do without a basement. But have you also had such experiences? Alternatively, I would commission a prefabricated basement from one of the 6 companies and have the shell construction done by a regional general contractor, provided I save a significant amount of money with it.

I can't name a company for you, but with some information I might be able to say more about the 100,000 euros.

If you give me more precise information, gladly also via PM, then I can estimate it once. It's not that easy to answer because I don't know the heights and groundwater levels. Is there already a construction description or a soil report? If someone has already offered you that, I assume "yes."

If there is interest, feel free to write. Just so much: basements, especially in groundwater, are expensive.

We are building in Bovenden with the company Bautreff. Move-in is in August 2020. However, we are building without a basement because the groundwater level is quite high (construction area "Im Dannensee"). We can recommend the company; they come from Seeburg.
