It is also interesting to see where the whole thing ultimately tends financially and what you ultimately get for it. It is also important not to base a possible financing amount solely on the construction costs mentioned here...

With the mentioned providers - both united under the umbrella of Deutsche Fertighaus Holding - you should carefully consider whether you can spare the time for the finishing of your house - most builders underestimate the effort -, whether you have the necessary knowledge and can rely on expert support - definitely with the Massa Haus topic; a trailer hitch wouldn’t be bad either ;).
