Search for care instructions for Ikea floor grates/wood-look tiles for balcony

I laid the Platta wood-look tiles on my balcony 3 years ago. They are slowly starting to show their age. My question now: how do I maintain them? Do they need to be oiled? If yes, with what? And how do I remove discolorations caused by a flower pot?

The stains from the flower pots may only be removable by sanding.
