It is carried out by the roofer and not by the shell builder once the shell is finished.

The roofer should stay on his roof. He has no business down there........Why roofer?

A roofer is not only on the roof, we also do waterproofing in areas in contact with the ground or in the basement, and we have already waterproofed shower rooms in schools.
