Tragic is that I bought something but do not receive the service! I do not find it bad that a layperson does not know everything – after all, I also do not tell the doctor where to cut to find the appendix. What a bitumen sealing has to do with consumption values, they were able to specify to me more precisely. But so that I am not shortchanged on this either, please tell me when during the construction process and with which trade this is installed.

It depends on what kind of base plate it is. Wu concrete or not. For sealing, a welding membrane G 200 S4 talcum-coated is applied, of course with a bitumen primer beforehand. With Wu concrete, a vapor barrier is applied, e.g. V60 S4 +Al or G 200 S4 Al. The roofer carries out this work and not the shell builder once the shell construction is finished.
