Screed or tiles with a concrete look

Hi I really like that too! Do you have an estimate of how much the QM has cost you now? We are currently also considering which floors would be suitable for us...

As a rule of thumb, we charge 100€ + VAT per sqm, but this is very individual as it depends on the region and the premises themselves, for example how the substrate needs to be leveled, whether there are stairs, etc.

I came across a company through beton2 that carries out these works for our region.

yes that was also our plan but the tiles including the tiler would have been more expensive, we had 60x60 cm large concrete gray tiles and they were just under €50 including VAT and then the tiler made a cost estimate I had to sit down I still remember €16,000 but that already included tiles (some around €30 per sqm) so you would have to subtract those and then add ours again.... has something to do with the tile size something with calibrated, blah, leveling the floor, blah (I was already at €16,000) out

Oh God now you're asking what the floor area of the rooms with the screed floor is, it's 70 sqm and then again the walls of the walk-in shower so maybe 80/85?! We only have 2 floor coverings once old oak floorboards in the living room, the small rooms and once the former balcony the rest is the screed floor
