Hello. Are there any experiences or opinions regarding when a screed is poured and then left for 5-7 weeks? (i.e., the functional heating has not been started?) Could this cause any problems?

Our builder cannot have the supply lines installed because the scaffolding is still up and now the front of the house has to be plastered first.

Basic information:
Floating cement screed CT-F4

Thank you very much.

No problem. Before the era of underfloor heating, the screed also held up.

That makes no difference. Cement screed may only be heated up 21 days after installation anyway. It is important that it does not get any draft until then. See heating protocol.

Great, thank you very much for the quick reply.
Can the screed already release that much moisture before heating?
In a room under the (flat) roof, a lot of moisture accumulates on the ceiling and windows (see pictures). Could this be condensation (as the site manager claims) or should we insist on a further inspection of the roof?

Could be, is there proper, repeated shock ventilation several times a day?

No, the developer does not ventilate at all.
From what point should a ventilation protocol actually be created? When heating starts, or from the moment the screed is in?

What’s strange is that it only occurs so strongly in this one room.
In the other rooms there is some condensation on the windows, but it is still very limited.
