You can do that. Then the pipes are not directly in the screed. But as I said, your entire house is insulated. Like a refrigerator. If you add an extra compartment there, it still doesn't change the temperature inside the whole appliance.

My question is whether I won't lose too much heat in winter because I heat the storage.

If the 30€ heating cost per year is too much for you, then you have to take the storage completely out of the game. So properly insulate the ceiling – I would do 30cm of insulation. But then the storage will probably get cold at some point and maybe even damp... I wouldn't do it. I would put a few cm of insulation under the screed so that the pipes and conduits are taken care of. Do you even have enough space to sensibly build up the floor?

You are probably thinking of grandma’s little house where the storage is freezing cold and the heat is lost from the upper floor. But that is not the case here. You lose some heat from the upper floor into the storage but only a little from the storage to the outside. After all, your storage is within the thermal envelope if I understand the original post correctly.

So about 18 cm is no problem for the floor structure, there is enough space.

Yes exactly, the roof is insulated. If I read it that way now, it is better without thick insulation.
