SchwörerHaus: Seam in the plaster between two floors? Is that so?

The seam serves the function that the truck with your wall panels can pass under bridges. You only see this seam if the top plaster is not applied on site but already at the factory. With brick cladding, you do not notice this multipart design. Which philosophy is behind the fact that Schwörerhaus applies the complete plastering at the factory, I do not know – maybe a kind of trademark like the Ado gold edge.

Again me
I spoke with Schwörerhaus once more and was told that upon request, it can be (smoothly) plastered again after delivery.
Are there any disadvantages compared to Weberhaus, which apparently only plaster on site?
The question that arises for me (I forgot to ask) is, do they only plaster partially or the entire house? Otherwise, I have different layer thicknesses.

I cannot imagine that because the og protrudes about 1-2cm on each side. At the corners yes but not on the floor. Unless they change something fundamentally.

Ah ok! Well, then I really can't imagine that either... Hm. I'll call again.

Thank you very much for the picture. Then they would have to slap on a lot of plaster to compensate for that...
