Yes, every Schwörer house has the seam, it depends on the plastering done at the factory. It just reduces the construction time on site.
There are 4-5 different variants of how one wants the seam to look. We chose the edge, my sister chose the clinker bricks 20 years ago. And I think the plaster looks visually flatter in raking light than that of the neighbors.
PS Schwörer house still has a few peculiarities that extremely reduce the construction time. For example, screed including underfloor heating delivered as a prefabricated part. So no screed drying.
