Save energy heating / hot water

Hello everyone,
the following conditions apply:
Gas condensing boiler Viessmann Vitodens 200 with 300l water storage + solar for hot water.
Heating underfloor heating with individual room control.

So how can I best adjust the settings to save energy, currently I have it set as follows:

Hot water on during the day 6:00-20:00 (45C), otherwise off
Heating: Rooms controlled 3C cooler at night via room thermostats and the flow temperature on the heating reduced by 2C.

Is this setting sensible if someone is always at home during the day?

Are there fixed times in everyday life when hot water is used? Then you could limit it accordingly.

We have fixed times, for example because of the children, so that no hot water is prepared after the last bath in the evening. Already saved some gas.

By the way, we have exactly the same heating system :-)
