Hello Niels, Ok, thanks! What do you mean by measurement "taken over"?? If I understand correctly, then only the costs for the notary and the land registry office apply, right? Do you happen to know roughly how much something like that costs? Are their prices based on the area size or how does that work? Thanks a lot!

If the measurement was carried out by a publicly appointed surveyor (available in every federal state except in Bavaria (Why do the Bavarians always have to cook up something extra?)), then we submit the measurement to the responsible cadastral office for entry/takeover into the land register. There they check again for major (or even minor) errors and integrate the measurement into the official map system.

Yes, that is how I would understand it based on your explanation and drawing.

That varies from federal state to federal state. If you could give me the federal state, the approximate area size, and the standard land value, I could look it up for you.

Hello Niels, Ok, I understand (transfer). Thanks for explaining! That is really kind of you! :) I feel quite guilty about that! So the federal state is Sachsen-Anhalt. The area size is about 260 sqm and the BRW is 35. Many thanks and best regards.
