1. is not mandatory according to aRdT.

2. is according to aRdT.

3. possible but not a defect.

4. possible.

Even though the systems are often filled with normal water, they are usually softened with cartridges.

Often, however, it is simply the MAG (expansion vessel) that is the culprit.

Hello,

it looks the same for us and the heating engineer is making excuses.

: What did you do back then? We are currently very clueless, our house is only two years old.

Have a sludge separator installed and perform intensive flushing. Then have it refilled with treated water and carefully ensure that there are no air bubbles left in the system.

We will now also have a water analysis done. I find it strange that neither a magnetic sludge separator nor a microbubble separator was installed in our system. And I wonder why an ordinary steel towel radiator was installed and normal C-steel pipes from the distributor box of the underfloor heating on the upper floor to the towel radiator in the bathroom. Is this a botch job?

As Domski already wrote, install mud separators, empty the heating circuits once, and then flush and fill each circuit individually. I did everything myself because the plumber was the last *****.

And have your pipes suffered any damage from it? Or has everything remained fine? We are just worried that all the pipes might rust on the inside or the entire system might be damaged.

Is your heating water clear now?

Thanks for the help!
