Yes, I have already complained and will discuss this.. I am just afraid that the response will be.. Yes, there is nothing we can do about it... That is why I am already dealing with the topic so that I might be able to suggest a solution for the problem.....

It's the same with us. The handheld shower is also not screwed to the wall. Rain showers have a special holder on the installation side, which can sometimes swing strongly due to the water pressure.

Appeal to the craftsman’s honor - if possible. First give the chance to think along themselves. Then introduce a "amateurish, well-prepared idea" to encourage more targeted thinking. If then "there is nothing we can do" comes up - "I don't understand that. I know quiet installations." Next level: "What is different about the quiet installations?" Escalation: "Can the other installers simply do it better than you?"

The showerhead ("rain shower") probably has four times the water flow, which is why it is correspondingly louder. However, it could still be that savings were made on the decoupling. That door frames are only foamed at certain points is normal, but can be corrected to "fully" through reworking.

Is the fitting of the rain shower directly on the bedroom wall? Or is even the pipe laid inside the wall? Neighbors who are considerate do not shower at times when the neighbor is sleeping.
