Roof tiles not over the gutter

Hello everyone,

I was alarmed to find out yesterday that the roof tiles do not extend over the gutter. Is this such a major defect that I can demand a new roofing? I would prefer not to just have the gap closed with a sheet metal now. That would be a visual disaster, especially in direct comparison to the neighboring roof.

Oh dear! Aren't the gutters soldered or glued with PU adhesive and riveted? But simply connected with duct tape?! The hanging sheet is also completely missing!!

Yes, work is still being done on the gutters. It just isn't finished yet (hopefully). But why there is tape in there is a mystery to me.

The acute problem is the tiles, because that can't just be quickly fixed.
