Hello everyone,
it's about the following phenomenon! We have now been living in our new building for the third year. On the top floor on the west side, we have two floor-to-ceiling windows with electric shutters. Two weeks ago, I wanted to open the shutter in the bedroom in the morning. It made a short "jerk" as if something had broken and since then the shutter has not gone up. So and this morning, the same thing happened in the children's room next door.
How can this be? Does it have anything to do with the heat over the past weeks? And what about the warranty?
The craftsman was informed and is supposed to come in the next few days.
