This topic was from 2015 or -16.
My parents were involved with it, or rather my father wanted to get out of it. Wasn't it only about follow-up/refinancing loans?
Funny, using this trick to get out of what was then a good 2.1x% financing. It is what it is: Every time has its peak, its contribution, its interest. And after that, it changes again. Find your peace with your financing.

Thank you for the answers. But it was more just a question of whether anyone has experience with it and not that I am incredibly sad that I now have to pay a little more interest... I am aware that 2.1% is still good interest.
