Review Payment Schedule General Contractor Single-family House

Hello forum members,

for my planned new construction (solid house 175 m² living space including basement) I request critical feedback on the payment schedule of my general contractor:

House with basement

2.5% upon submission of the building application

2.5% upon completion of the work planning and statics

5.0% upon completion of the foundation slab

15.0% upon completion of the basement ceiling

15.0% upon completion of the ground floor ceiling

19.0% upon completion of the carpentry work

19.0% upon completion of the interior plaster (except secondary plaster and filling work)

8.0% upon completion of the screed work

8.5% upon installation of the interior doors

4.0% upon completion of the exterior plaster

1.5% after full completion

@ construction expert. Thank you for the quick response. "after complete completion" means after acceptance with me and the site manager. External expert checks randomly (content of the construction/performance description). I am thinking about whether to commission one separately.
