Hello everyone,
We will start building our dream house in a few weeks. However, a relatively large amount of excavated soil, mainly clay, will be generated during the foundation work. Attached is a picture of the bore profile.

We had the soil analyzed as part of the ground survey. According to this, almost all components were classified as Z 0 regarding LAGA. The exception is the measured value for PAHs. This was classified as Z1.1 with 1.6 mg/kg (allowable for Z 0 = 1 mg/kg).
We have a relatively large plot (approx. 1400 m²) and it is located about 0.5 m below street level at the rear area.
The question is whether we have to dispose of the excavated soil or if we can use it on the property, for example, for leveling the rear area.
Thank you very much in advance for your support.
Uwe
