Retrofit bathtub or shower?

The shower could be 80 by 120. I hope it is now clear how I meant it.

Here are 2 variants, but the toilet would have to be moved.

The distance from the window reveal to the wall and to the joint, see picture, is of interest. But only if the shower or bathtub is to be placed there.

The bathtub could also run along under the window (length doesn’t matter, since there is space). Or put the sink on the wall. I was hoping for input from someone who has undertaken this effort before and what is technically the best way to do it. Therefore, I wanted to have a plumber come, since the pipes are the decisive factor. Everything else in cm and mm is not. I hope I can still find someone with good expertise.
