Request confirmation from the Bundestag about the completion of KfW70 Building 153?

Good day. Our condominium in the multi-family house according to Kfw70 will be handed over soon. Now, according to the purchase contract, I receive almost no documents from the seller. Only the ventilation concept. I have informed myself here and would like to inquire whether I can request the following documents from the seller for the handover. Confirmation of the proper implementation of the measure Energy-efficient Building - Program 153 Energy Saving Ordinance (however still KfW70). But there are 2 different forms about 153! Probably the old and the new one. Which one would be correct for me (Kfw70, which was applied for in 2015 and completed this year)? 1x status 07/2011 No. 600 000 1793 1x status 11/2014 No. 600 000 2151 Many thanks! erika

Hello Erika,

the KfW will get in touch with you all by itself. They will send you a form that your provider must fill out/prove based on the delivery notes. Then you will know for sure whether the KfW-70 efficiency house status has been achieved or not.

Hm, I have received these forms along with the loan agreement and then passed them on to the BT.... I would rather advise calling the KfW or the house bank that manages the KfW loan.

I think the clause says you must provide proof independently one year after disbursement of funds.

I have now printed out the form "Confirmation after Implementation of Energy Efficient Building (Program 153)" from 11/2014.

May I now point out to my BT that I need these documents:
Complete calculation documents for the KfW efficiency house and relevant evidence for it (Data collection [area survey], U-value calculation, Energy Saving Ordinance proof, if applicable, Passive House proof, thermal bridge or equivalence proof, building plans/planning documents, documentation of the calculation, (specialist) contractor declaration according to the Energy Saving Ordinance

+ further according to the form

So am I entitled to these documents in the case of a turnkey construction (ETW 70)?
Or when do you usually receive these documents?

Again MY QUESTION: Does your bank / KfW need this form? Or is it another one.

Sorry, I can also download something for you, but I don’t know if it’s correct. What’s so hard about calling your bank and then contacting the BT?
