Repurpose chimney - ideas?

Hello,
we had a chimney built on our house in case we wanted a fireplace later. Meanwhile, I have to say that I actually don’t want a fireplace anymore. My husband is also undecided about it. Now I’ve been thinking about what else it could be used for.
My kitchen is directly adjacent. Could I connect the range hood to it? Or would it whistle in the kitchen then? I also already thought about putting a tomato tent with exhaust air attached to the house. You would have fresh tomatoes in winter.

Does anyone else have any ideas?

Is and remains the access for Santa Claus. Therefore, just leave it ...

I'm not a professional, but I would say the distance is too long for a range hood.

What kind of "chimney" is it? Actually stone? Pipe? Size?

A few ideas depending on where it passes and up to where (basement?) and not entirely serious:

- Laundry chute?
- Cable duct (during our renovation, a conduit was used for the solar thermal lines) in case something needs to be installed later.
- Dumbwaiter in case you want to enjoy a roast pork in the upper floor
- Daylight spot
- Depending on ventilation and climate -> cheese or ham curing?
