Replaster/re-clad walls (with photos)

so to be optimistic after looking at the pictures and the request, you must have drunk as many beers as there are beer mats built into the walls. I'm not an expert, but what I see gives me chills down my spine. The wood looks eaten away, the ceiling height seems to be max. 2.10m, the roof is crooked, the asbestos cement sheets, not a meter away stands the next house... Overall it just looks like a 20k house that was still overpriced. Yes, many assumptions, I hope many of them are wrong, but I probably couldn’t sleep peacefully if that were my house.
