With us, it was quite simple. We did a complete renovation. That means everything out and everything new. The walls were all open.

Do you still have a rough idea in mind how long you needed for this part? Did you do it yourselves or did you have craftsmen come?

So we did the demolition ourselves. A company installed the new parts. They also installed underfloor heating and a new oil condensing boiler. The expense was not cheap. New sanitary pipes cost, I believe, just under €4000. But we are not quite finished yet. The final invoice is still pending.

Ok, that is already a good benchmark! Thank you very much!

We would (if we really should do it and the expert has commented again) also take over the demolition, to then have the company do the installation.
