Hello everyone,
we want to replace the oil heating system from 2005 with a heat pump next year in a two-family house.
Living area around 240 sqm, of which around 50 sqm with underfloor heating.
I have already obtained several offers. They range between €42,000 and €48,000.
The heat pump is for heating and domestic hot water.
According to the heating engineers, we will then have an electricity consumption of approx. 9,000 to 10,000 kWh per year.
One offered us the AlphaTherm Zero with 14 kW from SunHybrid. It is a Mitsubishi outdoor unit with the special indoor unit.
Does anyone have experience with it? It is said to have the advantage that the heating element is only needed below -15 degrees.
How are the offers generally? Is around €45,000 for a heat pump of this size usual on the market?
