Repairing Q3 plaster, filler, primer

The plaster was applied, scraped off, and smoothed while still damp or rather wet. It is already extremely even and according to several professionals can also be painted like this (if you do not expect baby-bottom-smooth walls).

So-called trowel marks are not visible, and that is probably the main criterion for Q3. I have also often read online that Q3 can be omitted – that is how I even came across it.
