Repair smooth plaster - with what?

in the new building, we have smoothed Knauf MP75 L gypsum plaster on the interior walls.
What is the best way to repair it?
We have partially repaired with Knauf Multifinish, but it is too hard. When sanding, more of the surrounding gypsum plaster is sanded off and the coarse grains come to light.

An answer you definitely won’t expect: just use Knauf MP 75 L. You can get a bag for about ten bucks at almost any hardware store. That way, you have 100% the same product.

No, that won't work. The plaster was smoothed with water, causing the coarse grains to move backward and the fine ones forward. If I do repairs, it will then be too coarse and won't match the smooth rest of the plaster.

If you can't manage it with the MP (you can also do it manually like the plasterers) and the current surface is baby smooth, then use Uniflott finish or WeberMalerspachtel extra fine.

What is it about? A crack? How long? An area? How large?

Normally, the 75L is used to produce Q2, right!? After that, the painter usually works on Q3, and where that is not sufficient, the finish can be done with ready-made filler. (We have used „RAW“ ready-made filler lightly, 10kg bucket just under €45) easy to work with and easy to sand.

However, with us, the painter was already over the Q2 MP75L with a thin layer (spray filler) and when I sanded too much of the fine filler, only that appeared and the grains remained hidden underneath.
