Renovation of the 1st floor with KfW261 - use of electricity from photovoltaics only on the 2nd floor?

We are currently renovating apartments on the 1st floor according to KfW261 to Efficiency House 70 including renewable energies. A requirement of the EH70 EE is that a new heating system based on renewable energies is installed and thus covers at least 65% of the building's energy demand. For the house, a new heat pump with a corresponding photovoltaic system on the roof is being installed.

Is it possible that only the apartment on the 2nd floor is connected to the photovoltaic system and the apartments renovated under KfW261 receive their electricity only through the heat pump? Or would the requirements of KfW261 Efficiency House 70 EE not then be met? Do the requirements of EH70 EE always refer to the entire house or only to the apartments to be renovated? This would simplify things for us, as the apartments on the 1st floor are rental apartments.

Small error in the text. It should read as follows:

"Is it possible to connect only the apartment on the 2nd floor to the photovoltaic system while the apartments renovated according to [KfW261] receive only 'external' electricity and no electricity from the photovoltaic system? Or would the requirements of the [KfW261] Efficiency House 70 EE then not be met?"

I say that is detrimental to support and not possible...

Is that written anywhere? The 1st floor is completely rented out. What if the new tenants are not interested in tenant electricity? Then the electricity generated by photovoltaics is automatically used by the 2nd floor.

I agree with Mr. Weselsky and say that I had a flaw in my thinking.
The photovoltaic system is not the basis for the renewable energy, but the heat pump.

Accordingly, the consumption within the house must not matter.
In my opinion, the prerequisite is that you have submitted a total amount for the house and not for the individual apartments.
