No, I don’t think that no one has thought about it until now. I am aware that I am not the first one. But the real estate agent has already lowered the price three times and eventually someone will probably bite if the price/performance ratio is right.Just something to think about. You write that the house has been on the market for quite some time and so far no one dares to take it on. Do you seriously believe that no one has already thought about renovation, expansion, and rental? What do you think the results were? That was rhetorical… What are you doing differently so that it (even with an expensive renovation) suddenly turns out well for you? There must be a lever, a business model that sets you apart from others? I would rather think of connections at the building authority (renovation, which no one has considered so far) or lots of EL (own company, etc.).
