Good day,
since I couldn’t find a renovation category, I wanted to present the planned renovations here and ask if and, if so, which subsidies are possible.
I have already found the KfW programs 151 and 152. However, I have a few questions about them.

Regarding the building, built in 1954 with bricks, 1975 extension with Ytong, 150 sqm floor area, detached house with knee wall of 1 m, basement, attic. Location approximately near Landsberg/Lech.
The roof frame was insulated with fiberglass, gable sides of the upper floor with Styrodur and wood paneling. Heating is done with oil, a solar system, and a wood stove. The house is dry, free of mold, windows in the upper floor have also been partly renewed.
The last bill for heating oil was about €1500; I can only estimate the period to about 2 years, during this time only little additional heating with wood was done.

What, in my opinion, needs to be renovated or supplemented are the remaining windows, insulation in the roof (in summer it is unbearably hot up there), electricity, water, a controlled residential ventilation system as well as insulation of external walls and basement.
I see "all energy-related measures are eligible for funding"; am I correct in understanding that all wishes except electricity and water would be eligible here?
For the heating system, I would like a stratified storage tank because when installing the solar system, apparently the wrong approach was taken and cheap ones were used; then I would also like to switch to underfloor heating, are new floors then also eligible for funding?
A photovoltaic system with storage is also on the wish list. That is then funded through a different program, right?

Thanks in advance, I hope I have formulated it somewhat understandably.

Peter

When converting to an energy-efficient house, all items are actually subsidized for me, except for electrical work (though the ERR for the underfloor heating is included there) and sanitary installations. Including gutting, incidental construction costs, new parquet flooring, etc.
Read through the KfW information sheet on eligible costs. It is a very good breakdown.

Yep, but I find it pointless to install storage. But that’s another topic.

Wow, that goes really fast, thank you. I have already studied the information sheet, but I still need to read through it a few more times. I have one spontaneous question. Topic: professional company vs. own work, it says: "to be confirmed by the professional contractor." I am certainly aware that it needs to be done properly and that some proof is necessary, of course I leave windows etc. to the professional, but how does it look with work done on your own? Plastering, gutting, painting, etc.? Of course not referring to labor costs, but material and tools.

In addition to the KfW, there are also:
- Subsidized loans from the respective Landesbank where you live
- BAFA
- Rarely, also the cities and municipalities
- Tax incentives for energy-efficient building renovations (over three years)

No, to my knowledge, own work is not recognized anywhere. Nor is material. No one wants to verify these small calculations, therefore only the professional company with a signed declaration and a proper invoice.

Plastering, gutting and painting is not energetic renovation. Some of these measures can be submitted as accompanying work, but of course not if done by yourself.

I am asking because plastering work is listed as an example in the restoration costs. Another example would be the roof insulation, which we did ourselves 30 years ago and would do again today. So costs for materials and possibly the scaffolding.
