That is a disgrace ...

Own producers must pay the renewable energy surcharge
Self-supply with green electricity will become significantly less attractive for homeowners and companies: According to F.A.Z. information, the coalition wants to uniformly charge them in the future with a fee of 40 percent of the currently applicable Renewable Energy Sources Act surcharge.

well, self-suppliers are people who no longer qualify as end consumers.......... And end consumers are important because they are the cash cows of the nation...............

Then I just pay 25 euros for my self-consumed 1000 kWh per year.

Before that, I fill out the corresponding form, send it unfranked to the state, the thing is checked, wait for the invoice, transfer the money, the receipt is monitored...

And that is supposed to be economically viable? Hardly. But nothing surprises me anymore.

I can only agree with that.

Actually, an investment was planned for 2016 when a small building savings contract matures. Now I am also considering whether it might be sensible to make the investment already during the house construction - the scaffolding is up anyway.
