As long as the house power connection is not yet established, securing feed-in tariffs is not possible. Additionally, the inverter must still be somehow protected against theft.
Especially since the prices for the systems will certainly adjust to the levy ... it has always been the same with every reduction in remuneration so far!

Since our move-in date is supposed to be in November/December 2014, both should not be a problem. The bigger problem is still incorporating the costs into the current financial planning. That would have been much easier in 2016 with the expiring building savings contract.
