In all the things where my wife said during the construction phase, "I don't care, you decide," she is now complaining about how sh*tty it is. So, of course, that's a trap, but you probably can't get out of it either. Good luck!

In my opinion, definitely. After all, during the darker months, you decide INSIDE the house whether you want outside lighting. You don’t want to go outside for that but have the switch where you pass several times a day. Without weather influences, without having to put on clothes. This also applies to Christmas lighting that is connected to power/outlets. Clearly INSIDE the house.
I cannot say anything about the technology with “Schellys” and WiFi electronics.
