Hello experts,
maybe you can help me.
My incompetent tiler tiled our bathroom. My mother had bought the above-mentioned Hansgrohe trash can Xtrastoris. He was not supposed to install it yet because the electrician and plumber still had to get into the trash can hole to lay the electrical wiring and water pipe for the toilet. But he did it anyway because he wanted to get back at the electrician - since then it has, of course, been inaccessible.
Hansgrohe was there and said it was installed incorrectly. He apparently glued it firmly on the left and right (I don't know about the back) with tile adhesive. The adhesive was Sopro FKM 600.
How can we remove the trash can without damaging the tile? We have already tried various thin long, sharp knives and saws, but nothing helped. It somehow has to come out.
Best regards Knut
