And the buttons still work well? I actually find the solution quite attractive, but in the bathroom exhibitions the buttons seemed pretty flimsy and cheap (though not as bad as the Grohe counterpart).
It was a new build for me, I have this faucet in all three bathrooms. Everything works well, but 1.5 years is not really a long-term test. Not just felt-wise, the quality was better 10 years ago. (cheap chrome-plated plastic as a cover and at that price – sorry.) But I just checked. We actually have Grohe in the kids’ bathroom, Friedrich Grohe. Also built-in, but you can adjust it. Why, I can’t say, my wife took care of the interior, and we installed it ourselves. Regarding the quality difference, I can’t say anything either, since the kids’ bath was only used for a test shower once? The washbasin faucets are again all Hansgrohe Metropol. They’re top quality
