Got me. So advertising TV actually does educate, I probably shouldn’t neglect it so grievously ;-)

However, I had not drawn that conclusion either. :D But that does not change the fact that the bank will relatively easily pay out the agreed loan, even if no invoice comes anymore.

That is exactly THE answer I was aiming for from the beginning.
The numbers were practically forced, but actually it was just about this answer.

You already had that on page 4 ;) . Unfortunately, this opinion is just an opinion and also a wrong opinion. No clause is needed in the contract – a clause is needed stating that the remaining balance MAY NOT be paid out.
